B2B PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT
This Partnership Agreement is made as of this ______ day of ________, 20______, by and between Partner(s): Wheelsonrent-FZCO and Car Rental Company.
1. Partnership Name and Purpose
The Partners agree to form a partnership under the name of Contract Agreement between Wheelsonrent-FZCO and ____________. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The Agreement has been formed on the terms and conditions set forth below.
2. Payment Policy
- 2.1. Monthly charges are applicable at the start of each service month.
- 2.2. Wheelsonrent-FZCO reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and suspend services if monthly fees are not received at the beginning of each service month.
3. Cancellation Policy
- 3.1. The Car Rental Partner reserves the right to cancel the subscription at any time. Monthly payments will cease starting from the subsequent month.
- 3.2. The Partner shall continue to receive bookings for the current service month. No refunds will be issued for the current month's subscription.
4. Advertising
- 4.1. All promotional content provided by the Partner must comply with Wheelsonrent's advertising guidelines and standards.
- 4.2. Car rental partners are agreeing that Wheelsonrent show their vehicles on other websites or social media for advertising purpose.
5. Damages and Liability
- 5.1. The Partner is fully responsible for any damages to their vehicles during the rental period.
- 5.2. The Partner must have appropriate insurance coverage for all vehicles listed on the Wheelsonrent platform.
6. Fines and Penalties
- 6.1. The Partner shall bear responsibility for any fines or penalties incurred by their vehicles during the rental period.
- 6.2. The Partner must inform customers of their obligation to cover traffic violations or other penalties incurred during their rental.
8. Termination Policy
- 8.1. Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing at least fifteen (15) days' written notice.
- 8.2. Termination will not affect rentals already booked and confirmed prior to the termination date.
9. Customize Package
- 9.1. If Car rental partner would like to receive more than 10 monthly bookings (Economy & Luxury Cars), Please contact us to customize your package.
10. Terms & Conditions
- 10.1. If customers extend their rental into the next month, it will be treated as a new booking. Long-term rentals (e.g., 6-month or 1-year) will be counted as three (3) separate bookings.
- 10.2. If a vehicle belongs to two package categories, the higher package shall apply for subscription purpose.

When a booking is NOT considered a confirmed booking:
- A booking will not be counted if the customer's IDs are fake or if the customer has excessive fines. However, the car rental partner must clearly provide the reason for rejecting the booking.
When a booking is considered a confirmed booking:
- If a booking is cancelled due to the vehicle being unavailable and the car rental partner failed to update the vehicle status on the platform (WheelsonRent), it will be treated as a partner-side cancellation and counted as a confirmed booking.
11. Response Time Standards
- 11.1. Car Partners must respond to all customer inquiries within fifteen (15) minutes.
- 11.2. Failure to do so may result in the booking being reassigned to another Car Rental Partner without notice.
12. Standardized Pricing Policy
- 12.1. Car Partners are required to list their vehicles on Wheelsonrent at prices that are equal to, or lower than, the rates shown on their own platforms or any other platform where their cars are advertised. If prices exceed market rates, Wheelsonrent may suggest adjustments to maintain fair value. To ensure equal opportunity, we aim to keep consistent pricing for similar vehicles, so all partners receive a fair share of customer inquiries.
13. Client Policy and Platform Integrity
- 13.1. All Wheelsonrent customers are considered official clients of the platform. Car rental partners are strictly prohibited from redirecting or encouraging these customers to book outside the Wheelsonrent system or bypass the platform in any manner.
14. Vehicle Maintenance & Quality Assurance
All vehicles must be clean, roadworthy, and properly maintained, free from any undisclosed defects.

By accepting this agreement, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of all terms and conditions set forth in this B2B Partnership Agreement with Wheelsonrent-FZCO. This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
