Car Rental Partners: Term & Conditions
- To access our services, you must register on Register to Promote Your Car Rental Business
- You or your company must provide complete and up-to-date information. Upon receiving incorrect information, Wheelsonrent.ae may cancel your subscription package
- As stated on our website, you agree to pay the subscription price. All prices are non-refundable. Your debit/credit card will be charged at the beginning of the service month, and the payment will be deducted every month from the same card until your subscription is canceled.
- VAT and transaction fees are not included in our subscription fees.
- You can cancel your subscription any time. Send us an email or WhatsApp, we will cancel your account within 24 hour for the next month onwards
- Defaulted subscription fees will result in your account being suspended and your Vehicles will be removed from the platform
- Wheelsonrent.ae may use any text, video, or content you provided for advertisement purpose
- Your pictures and content must be of your own.
- Wheelsonrent.ae reserves the right to terminate your account if you provide false information or engage in any illegal activity.
- Neither we nor our platform are responsible for vehicle or any personal damage, or any illegal activity by you or your customers acquired from our platform. Wheelsonrent.ae only connects the Car rental companies with the customers.
- Payments for rentals will be processed directly between the customer and the Partner. Wheelsonrent will not handle payment transactions.
Any additional charges (e.g., insurance, fuel, late fees) are to be handled directly between the Partner and the customer. - Cancellations by customers must be communicated directly to the Partner. The Partner must provide clear cancellation terms and conditions to the customers at the time of booking. The Partner agrees to honor all cancellation terms and conditions as stated to the customer. In the event of a cancellation, the Partner is responsible for any refunds or penalties as per their own policies.
